I don't know anything about blogs or blogging. I never understood the reason as to why everyone felt the need to pour out their heart and soul for the world to know. Thanks to my sister in Islam, Michelle, I now get that blogging is used for far more than to spit out personal details about oneself to random strangers. I still haven't figured out the purpose of my blog, but I have a lot of things that need to be said and so much that needs to be seen by the public. I won't promise that any of it will be profound. I won't make any promises at all, in fact, just know that this is all important enough for me, of all people, to start writing a blog.
